The Opportunity
This is an opportunity to join an early startup and work directly with the
founder on cutting-edge technology. You’ll contribute to technical decisions,
gain exposure to both the business and technical sides of a startup, and grow
faster than you would anywhere else.
Your first project will be our an AI-powered monitoring system for on-chain activity, combining
blockchain infrastructure with anomaly detection algorithms to help make web3
safer and more transparent.
What You’ll Do
- Build full-stack applications that bridge blockchain data with state of the
art AI/ML models
- Develop and implement anomaly detection systems for on-chain activity
monitoring
- Work with blockchain infrastructure to interact with various chains,
protocols, and dApps
- Iterate rapidly based on user feedback and real-world data
- Take ownership of features from conception to deployment
- Contribute shaping our technical stack, architecture, and engineering culture
Who You Are
- Recent or completing CS graduate or equivalent, with a good foundation in
computer science or computer engineering
- Curious and crafty—you love tinkering, building side projects, and figuring
out how things work
- Genuinely excited about web3 and AI (the tech, not the hype)
- Comfortable developing across the full stack: frontend, backend, and
everything in between
- Someone who feels stuck if not growing or learning something new
- A strong problem-solver who can work independently but knows when to ask for
help
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) and eligible to work in Spain
Nice to Have
- Personal projects or contributions to open source
- Familiarity with blockchain (smart contracts, consensus mechanisms, DeFi)
- Experience with Python, Go, JavaScript/TypeScript
- Interest related to cryptography, machine learning, or data science
- Hackathon or competitive programming experience
